“Hello and welcome to Immanuel Lutheran in Wheeler, Michigan. I’m Pastor Michael and I’m glad you’re able to join me today for our message for November 29, 2020, the First Sunday in Advent.
Advent is a special time of the year. It means “coming” and we prepare for the coming of our King, not only as the infant born in a manger on Christmas, but on the last day when he comes to gather his people together, to bring them into the new heaven, and new earth, the new city of Jerusalem, to be with him forever.
Let’s begin now. In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit…”
